What is Shen’dralas?

Shen’dralas is one of the newly highlighted regions in World of Warcraft: Forever. Blizzard links its story to the Shen’dralar, Eldre’Thalas and Dire Maul, using long-standing Warcraft lore as the basis for new exploration.

The region also connects to nearby centaur stories, suggesting that Forever will use old-world geography to make previously separate lore threads feel more connected.

Is Shen’dralas the same as Dire Maul?

No. Dire Maul and Eldre’Thalas are important to the region’s lore, but Blizzard is presenting Shen’dralas as part of the expanded outdoor world rather than simply renaming the existing dungeon.

What level range is Shen’dralas?

The final level range and quest routing are not being treated as settled until beta. Blizzard’s broader design keeps adding content throughout levels 1–60, so the exact placement needs to be checked against the live quest log and map.

What will this page add during beta?

This guide will expand with verified quest hubs, named NPCs, travel routes, rewards, profession resources and links to Dire Maul-related content once those details are visible in the beta build.
